【The reason why we have this event...】
It's Shun from Cocotte again!
We have a Japanese Food Fest this Sunday!
It's quick to come!!
Would you like to know the reason and purpose
why we have this event?
I always think about something interesting or new,
it's for our customers of course,
but that's for ourselves to enjoy our work as well.
Then, I have heard my friend, chef/owner of a Italian restaurant in Tokyo
hold a event with other restaurants, it looks fun.
So, I thought wanna do that sort of thing here straight away!
Restaurant business is known as one of tough business,
especially in Gold Coast, everyone say it's hard.
(All the businesses are nothing easy though...)
I have heard 15 restaurants have been close since Commonwealth game
in Broadbeach and Main beach.
Not many good news in this industry...
I thought we, restaurant owners need to cooperate sometimes
to cheer up this industry.
We might be competitors each others, but if we do something
fun event together, we can make many people interested,
and let them know our existence, it might bring more business
for us in the future.
And working with other restaurant together,
we might be good friends, exchange some information,
come up and share new idea etc.
most important reason is
providing something enjoyable event for local people!!
It's only 3 days to go,
