ABOUT US

Cocotte Dining was opened in late 2011, by chef/owner Shunichi Tanabe witn his family and friends,

creating a cosy little bistro style restaurant with homey and warm ambience in Robina, Gold Coast.

Many friends worked together from the beginning to not only build but share their dream of opening a restaurant. 

 

As the name suggests, 

it is a cozy French bistro style restaurant with signature dish of casserole and

culture served amid the enticing aromas of an open kitchen. 

Cocotte Dning offers a unique harmonised Japanese and French cuisine that you may have never tasted before.

 

A main point in common between Japanese and French cuisine is

not ruining nature of ingredients.

We carefully handle and cook them

to use the maximum of their nature, and combine their methods and theory to make beautiful dishes.

 

Cocotte Dining won one of the

Top 10 Japanese restaurant in Queensland on Brisbane Times, some awards in review sites, and was featured in Good Food Guide Queensland.
